Testimonial: Ann Arbor Healing Arts at Burlington Office Center

Ann Arbor Healing Arts at Burlington Office Center
Cynthia Esseichick, Dipl. OM, L.Ac.
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Ann Arbor Healing Arts had been downtown for 16 years. We recently expanded the scope of our practice to include acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. We needed more physical space, updating, and an overall more professional, medically-oriented setting. We also needed easy access for our patients and ample parking. For many, dealing with downtown parking (meters, lots, costs) created a challenge.

We had known about Oxford, and their excellent reputation, for a long time. We selected the Burlington Office Center because of its physical features--it is professional, accessible, well-maintained, and clean. The buildings and grounds are modern and welcoming in a gorgeous setting surrounded by natural beauty. The suite we chose had exactly the right dimensions and features. The stunning view from our suite is not something you are likely to see anywhere else in Ann Arbor.

Our business is about helping people feel healthy and well. People immediately feel comfortable and relaxed, and enjoy coming here. I feel this setting represents me, and the work I do, very well.”

Oxford ensures that everything in and around the building is attractive and well-maintained. As a practitioner, this location has made a great impression on my patients. The natural beauty not only puts people at ease, it helps to remind us all of the importance of nature and our need to feel good in our lives.

OPM WINS MANAGEMENT CONTRACT AT BOULEVARD PLAZA

Ann Arbor, MI (February 16, 2010) – Oxford Property Management (OPM), a premier provider of professional commercial property management in Washtenaw and Livingston Counties, announced today that in January they took over the management of the shopping center at 2101 West Stadium in Ann Arbor. The 73,480 square foot complex, anchored by Ace Barnes Hardware and Arbor Farms Market, is located in west Ann Arbor along a high-traffic corridor where business services and restaurants are plentiful. Commonly known as Boulevard Plaza, this popular shopping destination was previously managed by Swisher Commercial.

“We bring a great deal of experience to the table, and are committed to our properties,” commented Lyle Beckwith, Property Manager for Oxford. “We are in this for the long haul.”

OPM is known for its hands-on management style and proactive approach to problem solving. At the one month marker of the contract, plans are already underway to improve efficiencies and to determine capital improvements for the foreseeable future.
